Washington Surveying and Rating Bureau (WSRB) have re-evaluated fire protection capabilities in Point Roberts. The score has improved to a four from our previous score of five.
This new score will go into effect on February 1, 2025. Owners of residential and commercial properties should contact their insurance company at that time to gain any savings from the protection class change.
