Anders Kruus of Orca Shores, LLC. has filed a request with the Whatcom County Hearing Examiner to remove a proposed bridge from plans for The Cottages at Seabright Farm property and create a second access point onto Paul’s Road.
The hearing examiner will hold a public hearing on this modification on Wednesday, February 18 at 1:30 p.m. in the council chambers at the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham.
The public is invited to express views on the matter either in person at the hearing, by writing to the hearing examiner or through counsel. Written comments mailed to the examiner must be received prior to the date of the hearing to be included in the record.
