A residential structure fire took place on February 23 on Benson Road. Fire crews were dispatched at 5:29 p.m. and first units arrived five minutes later. The fire was under control by 6:07 p.m. Over 20 fire district members worked together to mitigate the situation. Circle of Care has been working to assist the family that was displaced by the fire.
