New property management firm opens

Justin Brunsvik is the designated broker and owner of Lifeline Rentals, a new property management company in Point Roberts.

He previously owned a property management business in Atlanta and relocated to the Point three years ago, intending to share his property management skills with the local community. Lifeline Rentals closely mirrors his Atlanta-based venture and is fully licensed in Washington state.

Having originally been an investor in 30 rental properties, he was dissatisfied with management companies he hired. He found they prioritized commissions over the quality of tenants, looking for profits rather than seeking long-term solutions. He subsequently assumed direct management, implementing rigorous tenant screenings which led leading to exponential growth in his investment properties’ income and attracting numerous investors seeking his property management services.

With a dedicated team of seven professionals, Lifeline Rentals caters to diverse property management needs, encompassing seasonal, monthly, or yearly rentals, property upkeep, inspections, and maintenance services. The company extends its expertise beyond standard property management to encompass distressed asset resolution.

When not working, Justin spends time with his wife and family of three kids, two dogs, two cats, and 20 chickens. He embraces a simpler Point Roberts family lifestyle. When asked what drew him to the Point, Brunsvik responded, “I love the idea of raising kids and being able to somewhat step back in time and let them ride bikes and not have to worry.”
